This photo was taken of an oil water separator installation operating in an oil company fuel depot. This system was designed to treat oily wastewater, removing oil spills, emulsified oil and dissolved oil.

• Left hand side of pit is the untreated oily wastewater
• The right hand side is the treated water.

The sequence of photos shows the effects of our oil separator treating oily wastewater in a cooling water system.
