| The Ultraspin car wash wash water reclaim system is a purely mechanical separator, there are no chemicals and there are no consumable items to replace. The design is based on our innovative hydrocyclone designs and air floatation technology. The system contains five key elements: |
| Oil, grease and wax separator: A new high "G" (centrifugal) force hydrocyclone is used. Dirt and heavy contaminants separator: High separation force is applied using our hydrocyclone: not your typical hydrocyclone but a new and powerful high 'G' design. Air floatation: We induce air into the water and remove very small particles with a floatation effect. Water aeration: This air helps to keep water fresh and prevents smells. Small pits and tanks: This helps to prevent smell causing bacteria re-growing.
